Changing Links

Afternoon all

First let me say that I am a "newbie" to PHP, so please bear with me. And that I am posting this Q in the right forum.

I am redesigning my current site so that I can use CubeCart. The old site is at:

http://www.w1zom.com

The shopping cart (CubeCart site) is at:

http://www.w1zom.com/shopit/index.php

and should be used for reference to the following.

What I want to do is to be able to change the link address (where it takes you) on the bottom navigation bar. i.e. About Us, Guestbook, Privacy Policy etc.

At present I have a Guestbook Script (PHP) that is not directly intergrated with CubeCart. What I did was to create a page and then on that page put the link to the script. But I don't want the "middle man page" to be there. So.... where do I find the "page" to edit? I am using CC3 and the "Killer_Red" skin.
