I tried several times to enable my Shipping Module "By Weight" option and it always says the country is not supported when a customer checks out.

Here's what I did:

Zone 1 Countries:

(List comma separated ISO codes) 840, 124

Zone 1 Handling Fee:

Zone 1 Shiping 1st Class Rates: 1.85

(Comma Separated)

Zone 1 Shiping 2nd Class Rates: 1.25

(Comma Separated)

/// I put 840 for United States and 124 for Canada

Here's another thing I tried:

Zone 1 Countries:

(List comma separated ISO codes) AL, AK, AS, AZ, AR

Zone 1 Handling Fee:

Zone 1 Shiping 1st Class Rates: 1.85

(Comma Separated)

Zone 1 Shiping 2nd Class Rates: 1.25

(Comma Separated)

/// I put AL, AK, AS, AZ, AR for U.S. States and it wont work either.

Does anyone know the trick or ISO codes that make this module work?

THANKS

Does anyone know the trick or ISO codes that make this module work?

ISO codes for the US and Canada are: US, CA

See this post for a more complete list.

There is also a post explaining how to set this up and issues that others have had here.

Hey Thanks! I got it to work...this is how.

Zone 1 Countries:

(List comma separated ISO codes) US,CA,MX

Zone 1 Handling Fee: 0.10

Zone 1 Shiping 1st Class Rates: 1:3.85,2:4.75,3:5.50

(Comma Separated)

Zone 1 Shiping 2nd Class Rates:

(Comma Separated)

The ISO codes are easy to work with. Its the rates you have to keep your eye on.

1:3.85 (would mean)

1 (1 lb.)

: (equals)

3.85 ($3.85 rate charged for shipping)

I found out you can also use weights like 0.25 and 0.50 for quarter pound and half pound rates etc....

Also it may or may not work if you leave the Handling Fee Blank, so try $0.01 etc.

Thanks again.
