Wrong Prices in Cart

Hey, y'all.

Env: 3.0.10 on a Windoze server. www.bakery1.com

Interesting issue. This has happened a couple of times.

When adding something to the cart at a lower price, it adds correctly.

When adding something to the cart at a higher price, it puts in the previous lower price.

As an example, all my jams are $6. But looking at the attached, you'll see the Jalapeno jelly took the same price as the empanada of $2.50.%7Boption%7D

Has anyone else discovered this? I tried inputting Sir William's fix to no avail (Problem with prices

Any ideas??? Please??? You can try on the website without having to login.

Thx in advance!

Do you have a sale price set by accident maybe? If not that, perhaps you have a product option that is subtracting 2.50 from the order somehow. Let us know if you have done either of these.

Thanks for responding, shandaman!

I never have sales. "General Settings" has "Sale Mode" set to "Off" and "Sale Percent" set to "0".

Re: Product Options, I only use "N/A" and "=" for the Add/Subtract column.

Does this help? Should I be using the "+" instead of "="?

I think I don't understand the difference between "+" and "=".

I changed all of my "=" to "+" and now my empanada price is off...(see attached).

Can you enlighten me as to when to use the "=" vs. "+"?

Thx again!!!

um, well you only use the + when you want to add a amount to the order as in plusing 2 + 2 equals 4

The = sign is to equal amount + amount = blah

Understand?

 Uhh...yeah...LOL

Each one of my product options is currently either a N/A or +. So why did the $2.50 empanada come out to $5?

What you've done is make a product its own option. The product has a unique price, as does the option. The option price of $2.50 is added to the regular price of $2.50 totaling $5.00. This is also why your 8-pack comes out as $10.50 rather than $8.00. :P
