Guest
I had a customer report that she was unable to register an account when using Firefox, but was able to complete the process in IE. Part of the problem was that when she submitted the form, the browser was trying to go to http://www.domain.com/registerForm which is not a valid URL. Does anyone have any idea what this problem could be and how we can prevent it from happening again?
Guest estelle
This was reported today by someone trying to register at my store. I have no idea why or how it happened...
Guest estelle
Milos (convict) has reported that it seems to occurs when using FF with the NoScript extension, which causes Javascript to be forbidden by default. I don't think this is a significant problem. The vast majority of customers will have javascript enabled.
convict
Yes this can be the issue I am tired, forgot to have look at FF status bar I have disabled Java Script by default. May be the suggestion to add a <noscript> section with warning to global template as CubeCart standard code.
