I am not getting confirmation emails sent to me by the cart to say when an order has been made. Nothing has changed either, so I can't work it out. Any ideas? Guest ohlavache Posted September 28, 2006 Share Posted September 28, 2006 I'm sorry that I don't have the answer to your question, but I am also having exactly the same problem and I have been trying to figure it out for ages. The thing I can't understand really is this: I have an almost live cart and a test cart. Both on different accounts with the same hosting package. Almost live one was version 0.11 and didn't do confirmation emails. I upgraded to 0.12, did the 28/8 security patch and it still doesn't do confirmation emails. The test cart was installed at version 0.12 and does confirmation emails. I have tried them with the same settings in the general setting area, sifted through code...etc....
