Guest Posted October 3, 2006 Posted October 3, 2006 Everything has been set up correctly as per all the fixes offered on the Forum here, but still recieving "Order Failed" when paying by Direct Payment. Have literally been through the 3 search pages for 'order failed' on here with no joy whatsoever. Orders are still going to the Order section in the Admin pages, but no payments are going to PayPal account (we have tried numerous different cards & numerous different amounts from 1p through to £100). The reason for the error is given in the log files & all of them are <ShortMessage xsi:type="xs:string">Invalid Configuration</ShortMessage><LongMessage xsi:type="xs:string">This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.</LongMessage><ErrorCode> Yet the account is working fine & configured as per all the guides on here. Certificate has been uploaded to folder as specified in the Admin pages. Have tried both SSL & the other certificate (I forget now as been faffing around for too long with this now) option offered under PayPal. Have made sure that IPN is working & Auth code has been placed in the correct section of the 'fixes' Have configured both Direct Payment & Express to the requested details. Safe Mode is now off on the host & PEAR + CURL are enabled. Using 3.0.12 + pre-3.0.13 Security Patch Have made sure that all Third Party API selections have been ticked (just in case one of the unticked ones was causing the problem). Under Website Payment Preferences in PayPal profile, the below are the options enabled; Auto Return for Website Payments = On Return Url = http://www.robbosangling.34sp.com/modules/.../PayPal/ipn.php Payment Data Transfer = On Identity Token = One displayed is added in the fix area Encrypted Website Payments = Off PayPal Account Optional = On Contact Telephone Number = Off (recommended) PayPal account is a Business Account with no restrictions & was operational on the previous bespoke written software that was a nightmare to configure & add items too, but worked without problems. Any help would be appreciated as client wants to buy a license but will not do so until problems are all sorted out. Quote
