Guest Arild
This is just another thread with the same problem... Have you done the homework and read the pinned post in this forum(and .org) If you had you should know that you have to provide enough usfull information. From what you say i can tell you this. There is somthing wrong with your CC config regarding the mp3 downloads. Why. Because 3-4 pc dont have the same fault. I belive you are getting a file with ext. for dreamwaver -> php file, and not a mp3 file. Have you thought about posting some of that files content. When open i dreamwaver - view source and copy some of the code in yur post. And as a customer of CC have you tryed the official support ticket system. (if it is core cubecart functions) And when it is a pay per download file, how do you think we can check this.

roban
I had tried to help you Pete in about a dozen e-mails but you never got back to me with the required information so if you keep posting the same problem, you might not get the help you need. Guest Arild
yes i have tryed all that you have mentioned - but hence have to come back for more info - please dont leave me a reply unless you can help! Thanks pete Why do you think we reply to your Q, because we dont have any better thing to do. We cant help you if you dont provide enough information. And you should replay back in the same thread: With the information we ask for. If the solution / information we(other users of CC) provide help or not. And i refered to the pinned post, witch is a must to read before posting a Q. It informs you what basic information you should post when asking a Q. If you dont want any help. then dont post for it. If you want help try to provide the information we need to help you. What you coul do is. Put one mp3 for free download Make a test user and post login information so we can try.(delete afterwards) :w00t:
Guest
The only thing i can think of is that dreamweaver is the associated program with your sites MP3. Arild suggestion is good to post a test, if not, there is not much we can do to help you. :)
roban
The problem is the link he has for the download is wrong. It downloads a php file and the body of the file is a text saying the download does not exist at the address. He has to change the download path to get the mp3.
