This happened to coincide with an extremely busy week which is why it has taken so long to get back on line. Please note that as a result of the members database being a week out of date some of the forums and/or license key administration may be damaged or corrupt. Any customer who purchased a license key and registered between the 4th August '04 and 06th August please reregister and email us your purchase order and email address. We will then rapair our database so that you can manage your license key(s). If your forums username has been deleted please perform the following steps. 1. Register again. 2. Locate a forum post you made. 3. Report this forum post to us using the link provided. Stating your new/reregistered username. 4. We will update the database to fix all your old forum posts.
