Guest
We have a problem where the CSS renders incorrectly (or is it correctly?) in IE7/Firefox etc. http://www.rathernice.co.uk/store/index.ph...Cat&catId=2 Does anyone know what part of the CSS file is making the images jumbled and render incorrectly? roban
You have several problems. Double entries in your <head> section and I'll bet your layout.css is a mess. Who designed this? I would go to the person that did it and have them straighten this out.
Guest
Me! The only thing i changed in the CSS file from the vanilla install one was the colours, no other changes have been made by anyone. The layout was only edited to remove/shuffle the componants using the template file, so the problems are there from whoever coded the original files, not from my changes! roban
A CC install does not look like that. You probably have a mssing or extra <div> or </div> in your cart.tpl or something awry in layout.css. Can you post this part of layout.css please. #subCats { background-color: #EBEDFE; text-align: center; border: 1px solid #C9CEFC; margin: 0px; padding: 3px; float: left; width: 387px; } .subCat { text-align: center; padding: 8px; float: left; width: 110px; } You might also upload a default layout.css to see if the problem rectifies. Guest
#subCats { background-color: #EBEDFE; text-align: center; border: 1px solid #000066; margin: 0px; padding: 3px; float: left; width: 387px; } .subCat { text-align: center; padding: 8px; float: left; width: 110px; height: 50px; } As requested - I've just noticed that i have a height restriction for some reason...no idea why tho.... Hmm, edited out the height: 50px and its better than it was, but still not right!
Guest Brivtech
Try making your images a uniform size! :)
Guest
Try making your images a uniform size! They are all 165px wide....
markscarts
That is only one of your problems (but it is a start) The pics are 165px wide, yet in the css you have .subCat class still set at 110px - it needs to be a greater width than 165px . . . Get that sorted out and then let's see where you are :D
