Hi Everyone!

My first CubeCart store is almost complete and ready to go live next week hopefully! (Photographs of most of the products still need to be taken).

Comments would be very much appreciated!

You've done a nice job there! The only thing I would say is:

  • There is slightly too much advertising for PayPal. Their logo's are taking up half a column
  • I think the logo or the text next to the logo could benefit from an additional colour, as the site is very green.

Other than that, good work. ;)

I encountered a few errors that look like the tmp folder may not have write permissions on it for session information.

Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: open(/tmp/sess_8e5ef453a0ae762f9847ae7b28c172cc, O_RDWR) failed: Permission denied (13) in /home/gcbeobvz/public_html/includes/sessionStart.inc.php on line 48

I have to agree with Vrakas about the light green text - hard to read. You could probably make it a bit darker and still fit into your color scheme. Otherwise, the graphics look good.

I'm glad to see that you have a page that describes what magnetic therapy is and how it works. I suspect that you may want to place a brief blurb on your homepage about this and a clearly visible link to the full info page. Not everyone who comes to your site will understand this, nor will they look very hard for the information.

Here in the US, these products are very common. Maybe they're not so common in the UK, but I'd think that you'd still need to have some information about why someone should buy from your site instead of the various other choices they may have.

Further on the marketing side, your mailing list signup box mentions the possibility of future discounts, which will cause a percentage of your visitors to delay purchasing to see what sort of discount you might give away. After all, why pay full price if a 20% discount may be coming the next day?

Hi,

Nice design, the Newsletter box you have on your site is that a MOD or did you do it yourself? Does it drop the email address into a backend marketing package, it's what I'm looking for.
