Guest DSN Posted January 12, 2007 Share Posted January 12, 2007 Has anyone ran into problems with payment when someone enters the wrong credit information? I'd say 25% of people that order from my store mistype their card information and it will send me an order without payment because of the mistake. I contact each person and tell them that most likely they just need to correct their information and very few people reorder. This is costing me hundreds of dollars in sales.
