I followed your instructions via phpMyAdmin, set the function to MD5 etc, but as soon as I saved it and went back into the screen, the password had been reset to another 32 digit password. I tried it several times, made sure I saved it etc, but it still would not accept a new password. I created a new user "admintest" with a different email and tried to login to My Store using the new details, but it just said Login Failed! How can I log in?? 2) Where is the Admin Control Panel? Do I just log in as admin? If that's the case the password thing above is screwing me up! Argh! I love the look and feel of this software and am loath to just give up on it. markscarts Posted June 17, 2007 Share Posted June 17, 2007 I'm sorry for your troubles, it appears you have somehow jacked the installation. Your URL is a little screwy, you are in a sub-subdirectory from the root > sumpnutz.com/shopping/upload Why did you not simply install the store at shopping directory? Using the upload directory is causing problems accessing admin. FYI, as per installationn instructions, you need to upload all files from within upload folder, NOT the upload folder itself. Please re-install the software properly. CubeCart is a great software, and worth a few tries if you are making mistakes in installation. Now when I log in as admin I get the below errors Warning: include() [function.include]: URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in /home/wittykit/public_html/shopping/admin/includes/header.inc.php on line 57 Warning: include(http://www.sumpnutz.com/shopping/admin/includes/navigation.inc.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /home/wittykit/public_html/shopping/admin/includes/header.inc.php on line 57 Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening 'http://www.sumpnutz.com/shopping/admin/includes/navigation.inc.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/wittykit/public_html/shopping/admin/includes/header.inc.php on line 57 I have changed all the CHMOD permissions as per installation instructions and am lost now with these messages!
