If I was to order such things, without being a known high-street chain, my confidence would be in the one that looked more professional, and yours certainly does. You could probably improve the layout and site design a little more with some minor tweaks, but overall, I would be confident in ordering from your site. Because of the layout is stretched, on wide screen or high-resolution displays, the formatting loses its appeal. You can fix this by constraining the page content into a maximum width box of say 950 pixels. Anything wider than that won't stretch the page out of proportion.
