Wierd Images Problem

Hi, I need some help here. I encountered server crashed. I restored the page and the database but unfotunetely some images (ie: button) not shown properly.

Navigation bar on the left and right side menu also doesn't seems to be right and some section even shows funny numbers (ie: 92 10 293,238). Also, some sections don't have text on it where it suppose to.
