Guest alexn
Hi I have searched the forum and .org, and I think what i´m looking for is in the language or index files but i don't know where.. (shop.fashionislife.net) 1. I would like replace "HOME PAGE" with "HOME" at the top left corner. 2. Rename "Site Documents" to "Information". 3. When I log in as a customer, there is no option to log out. How to put a "Log out" after "Newsletter"? Regards, Alex Edit: The headline is completely wrong.. Guest alexn
Thanks for the answer The only language file i can find is named language.tpl.. Is that the right one? And what code do i change or replace? Alex
burgensteen
Look again, it is there....(I think your looking in yourskin/...not yourstore/) You will need to look for the text that you want to change (html kit is good for this as it has a find facility). Then leave the left hand code, but change the bit on the right. ie. The code in the lang.inc.php file at present: 'homepage' => "Homepage", You would need to change the bit on the right to: 'homepage' => "Home",
Guest alexn
You are right, i was looking in myskin, not mystore. I have changed: 'homepage' => "Home", 'site_docs' => "Information", 'site_doc' => "Information", and uploaded it..but nothing has happened? EDIT: 1. I have now changed every single 'homepage' => (to) 'Home' but nothing is happening 2. I did change "Sale Items" to "Sale" and it did work

Robsta
Are you sure you're updating the correct part of the language file? you've probably changed the text that relates to the menus in Admin, or the 'homepage' text for the cart template navigation. Guest alexn
I´m using the skin "The Designer Store".. shop.fashionislife.net / public.html / language / en / lang.inc.php <--- Is that not correct? I searched for 'homepage' and changed the right column to 'Home' (also with site_docs -> Information .. .. ..)

That menu you are referring to is using hardcoded names. To change them, edit 'styleTemplates/boxes/session.tpl'. Please note third-party skins are not supported in this forum, please visit the third-party forum as shown in my signature.
