XML Errors with USPS First Class option

Hi Folks,

I managed to get my USPS module setup finally but now I have another problem. I want to select First Class as one of my shipping options. However when I enable it in the admin tool it does not appear in the shipping drop down as an option. So, I turned on debugging and some code is spit out to tell me why First Class is not functioning for me. As follows:

<Error><Number>-2147219085</Number><Source>Rate_Respond.;SOLServerRates.RateV3_Respond</Source><Description>Invalid XML Element cannot be empty according to the DTD/Schema.

I have no idea what this means. Can anyone help me fix this?
