Guest gratifize
Hi All, My installation of cubecart has been completed, and I went through checking to make sure everything was working properly from the store page before I make any changes or install any mods as needed. Everything seems to be fine there from what I can see, but when I went to the admin control panel and was checking the links there, I got the following errors: add product page (can't upload images) - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admi...ad.php?custom=1 server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: upload.php" add product page (can't browse existing images) - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admi...se.php?custom=1 server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: browse.php" view categories link (can't view categories) - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admin/categories/ server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: index.php" add categories link (can't add category) - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admi...ex.php?mode=new server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: index.php" view customers link (can't view customers) - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admin/customers/ server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: index.php" email customers link - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admi...omers/email.php server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: email.php" manage images link - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admin/filemanager/ server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: index.php" upload images link - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admi...m=1&redir=0 server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: upload.php" homepage link - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admin/docs/home.php server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: home.php" site documents link - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admi...cs/siteDocs.php server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: siteDocs.php" administrators link - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admi...inistrators.php server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: administrators.php" admin sessions link - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admi...rs/sessions.php server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: sessions.php" search customer box on admin main page - http://www.gratifizegifts.com/catalog/admin/customers/ server error 500 "Error message: Premature end of script headers: index.php" Can someone please help me to figure out how to remedy these? burgensteen
You may have corrupted files on upload, try re-uploading, if it doesnt work then firstly contact your host to make sure everything is okay at their end. If this doesnt work, youll have to start digging deeper :o

If this doesnt work, youll have to start digging deeper Okay, I reuploaded all of the files in my admin folder that weren't working properly, but still no change. It's not the hosting company that's the problem. Could there be something else causing the problem? I was kind of avoiding trying to reinstall because I had problems with that and had to get someone on here to fix the problems I was having with that, and I was so relieved to finally have it up and working. Plus, I see that the admin area is the only real problem I seem to be having. Is there something else that could be wrong? Anyone? vokf
Should need no special permissions in /admin. The only real directorys that need write permissions are; /images/uploads /images/uploads/thumbs Do you have anything in your .htaccess file? This will be in the root of the site, but also check if there is one in /admin Jason
