roban
I get the following error after install: Fatal error: Unable to read 632 bytes in /home/robannet/public_html/beta/index_enc_zend.php on line 0 and Fatal error: Unable to read 5112 bytes in /home/robannet/public_html/beta/admin_enc_zend.php on line 0 Zend Optimizer is installed on the server. I have set permissions for these 2 files at 777. Any ideas?
Guest EverythingWeb
Does the server run phpSuExec? or suPHP? Sorry, mind block - ensure you're uploading in the correct mode. Binary for Zend stuff :)
roban
I'll try that but I use FlashFXP and it's set for auto.
Guest
Yep most are set for Auto but I remember that when I uploaded the Beta's I had to manually change it to Binary for some files etc and then it worked fine.
markscarts
I love flashfxp it's a good ftp client @Roban, you should have .php files set to transfer in ASCII automatically, so if a couple of them need to go in binary, you'll have to do it manually You should keep the auto setting for .php set to ASCII, though, IMO
markscarts
Looks like: index_enc_zend.php admin_enc_zend.php
roban
I uploaded all in Binary and still get the same errors. Don't tell me I have to upload again in ASCII except those 2 files.
Guest hennaboy
Out of interest what version of the Zend Optimizer is installed on your server?
roban
version 3.2.8 I don't know what the problem was but I re-upped the 2 files in question in Binary and 'BINGO' I deleted the address because idiots were spamming with fake orders. Al Brookbanks
From a draft knowledge base article: This error occurs if the CubeCart files have been uploaded in ASCII format. Please upload the file index_enc_zend.php again in binary mode. For further support please consult the manual of the FTP client in use.
