Guest Brivtech Posted October 17, 2007 Share Posted October 17, 2007 One way I resolved this was to make the original image square - So, if it was say 200 X 400, I would pad it out to be 400 X 400, and subsequently, the thumbnail would take on the square dimensions. I honestly don't know if there's an alternative way of doing this, apart from perhaps stretching the image, but I'm sure anyone here with GD knowledge will be able to answer that better.
