Guest dudestore
Recently I posted a project on a freelance site to find a designer to make a paintball design for my paintball website. I found quite a few who good enough but most don't know about CubeCart. I'm having a little trouble doing it myself as I recently started learning photoshop and etc. I got no skill to do the work (able to do VERY VERY simple design). If any of you willing to make a better (or know how to do better to attrach people or paintballers) then... i'd like love it if you do. Here my project info that I posted........ Hello, I am in need of a template for my future paintballs website. The shopping cart (estore) I'm gonna use is CubeCart.com. I want the design to look like a REAL paintballs website. The website will be http://paintballware.com. I ONLY need the complete designs (templates *header/footer pages*, graphics *header, menu tab/bar, etc*). You WILL need to either download the cubecart script from CubeCart.com or install CubeCart FREE directly from your webhosting control panel (cPanel). BY THE WAY.. YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH CUBECART SCRIPT OR YOU WON'T BE ABLE TO COMPLETLY DO THE WORK. I AM SAYING THAT YOU MUST ALREADY KNOW CUBECART SCRIPT. TO GET TO KNOW MORE ABOUT CUBECART, VISIT CUBECART.COM. SEE DEMO OF CUBECART STORE :: http://cubecart.com/site/demo/ SEE CHANGES OF CUBECART STORE'S DESIGN :: 1. http://www.hitunedperformance.com/ 2. http://cubecart.design-factory.be/index.php 3. https://www.oldskoolkicks.com/ 4. http://www.dvd4now.com/ NOTICE: THERE ARE MANY GRAPHICS (in /images/ folder). YOU CAN REPLACE THE DESIGNS BUT YOU CAN'T CHANGE THE GRAPHIC NAMES! OR THE GRAPHICS WON'T SHOW UP ON THE CUBECART STORE. YOU MAY ADD NEW GRAPHICS FOR HEADER PAGE OR SOMETHING. YOU MUST DO THE WORK ON YOUR OWN SERVER (SO I MAY VIEW THE CUBECART STORE AS YOU WORK ON THE DESIGNS). Now.. finally the last part... payment - I WILL *!!NOT!!* PAY 100% AT THE BEGINNING (NO WAY!). I WILL PAY HALF-N-HALF or LITTLE BY LITTLE BY LITTLE.. DEPEND ON THE PRICE. PLEASE DO NOT BID ANY MADE UP BIG BUNCHES OF DOLLARS THAT YOU CAN'T DO THE WORK. IF YOU DO THAT, THEN IT AIN'T WORTH IT TO ME AT ALL... EVER. BID THE REAL PRICE YOU WANT TO BE GET PAID FOR THE WORK *YOU CAN DO*. HONESTLY, WHOEVER BID HIGH BUNCHES OF DOLLARS USUALLY JUST DO NOTHING BUT COLLECT MONEY FOR SELLING TEMPLATES ILLEGALLY OR A CRAPPY ONES. I DON'T THINK YOU WOULD LIKE THAT IF I DO BAD RATING OR DON'T PAY YOU. KEEP THAT IN YOUR MIND. Anyhow, thanks for looking and hope you make a bid on this project! Most designers already bid $200-$450... it kinda too much since the license cost only @ 50 bucks.. actually, cubecart is free. There must be someone would be willing to do the work atleast less than $200 (much less - depend on the graphic design). By the way, the cubecart is at *IT NOT OPEN! JUST A DISPLAY* http://paintballware.com/shop

This guy did a total design for my site and even installed it for me - he knows his php alright and his work is fantastic. I also think he undervalues himself, he is worth much more!! Guest twisted
dudestore...check your messages. helen...you notice how much faster your page loads with the smaller category images? And it's not so long anymore either ... less scrolling With that thought in mind, you could even try three category columns across the page now instead of 2 (unless that pushes the table borders out, then stick with 2). JAT :D
Guest
Thanks again Twisted. I not only resized the category images I optimised them as well. The 3 column seems to work on the pc at work. Will see what it looks like on others. Helen
