Guest claesmagic Posted October 25, 2007 Share Posted October 25, 2007 When I went into CC3 admin today I saw that the tax percentage (under 'Store Config/Tax class') mysteriously had changed from 25% and was set to 9.9999%. It has been 25% there before (we have to add that percentage in Sweden) and I tried to change it back, but the CC3 won't let me. It says "Tax was not updated" It will only let me change the tax value when I am setting the percentage value between 1.000 - 9.999 %. Our customers are going nuts about when we call and say that we've charged them wrong and that they have to pay even more money. HELP PLEASE !
