Which Files To Alter Email Templates

Log into your Administration Control Panel, click Languages, then en (Assuming you want English), then Email Templates, and you're good to go!

No need to modify actual files any more, you can do it directly through CubeCart now. Isn't that great?

Done that... I added a "Regards, Snellyvision" line at the end of each email... but doing a test, it doesn't seem to work. Worst still, the admin email I normally get is arriving blank! It said it changed the en language files successfully, what am I doing wrong?

Did you get this worked out? I'm working on an installation that has the Customer Shipping information dropping out of the confirmation email. I don't know where to look to solve the problem.

Might be a good idea to upload the following file as an attchment so I can see what the problem is. I have used manual editing and used CC editor to great success.

Thanks, but I finally tracked the problem to Authorize.net. They're sending the confirmation email to customers, not CubeCart, and the shipping data isn't passing through to them correctly. I'll move my search over to the Gateways forums...

Thanks for this info. I went ahead and made changes to my email templates and now the emails have code breaks in them...

I went to look again at the language files and the br's are in all of the files...
