Gift Certificates Problems

Help with Gift Certificate. I set it up in Admin and it shows up on the site. Add to card works fine. When I go to View Cart, I get the following error message:

MySQL Error Occured

Error Message:

1054: Unknown column 'v1199481599' in 'where clause'

SQL:

SELECT * FROM CubeCart_adg_accessories WHERE type = 'i' AND accessory_id = 0 AND product_id = v1199481599-7046

Any suggestions? Thanks.

CubeCart_adg_accessories table name does NOT exist in official CubeCart 4 database structure yet => ask mod author about this issue.
