On a larger monitor the topHeader does not span the whole of the page 2. The top box on the frontpage is empty. I would either remove that box altogether or add content 3. Change the mousehover link colours to orange to match the rest of the site 4. Change the top border of the fly out menus to black to match the rest of the site Other than that great work, fantastic images and clear layout. Good luck!
