Of course...when installing additional stores, simply specify the same database connection parameters in the set up process as your first store.

It will, of course, show the same caegories/products, but if you want it to use the same database, but have a different set of products, you will need to give it a different prefix than your first store.

If you're the only one accessing each store.

But remember, if all stores are sharing the same database, any changes made in one store, will be reflected across ALL stores.
