If not, then I'd replace the quantity box with a hidden field (so that the quantity is still passed to the cart), and simply display a 1 there instead. Same deal in the cart page. But interesting application of CC. It seems to act well as a content manager for you here as well as giving you the cart functionality for your clients to order online.
