I just wanted to explain and apologise for the recent downtime you may have noticed at cubecart.com. As some of you may be aware a fortnight ago we moved to a new data center in Michigan. After two weeks and numerous network firewall issues we had no access too we decided there was no choice but to seek an alternative provider and source a new server management company.

After much research we found a highly recommended Linux server admin company and sourced a new server from a very renowned data center in Washington DC which is where this is currently being served from. Their job was to configure the server ready for switch over.

We got the all clear and started the transfer in such a way to prevent any data loss at all then switched the DNS. After DNS started moving it came clear that there were SSL issues. Nearly twelve hours later we had no solution only to be told everything was ok. Clearly it wasn't. After a fight we had someone "fix" it who left the Apache virtual hosts in a mess taking us off the internet all together.

New server admins have been sourced to check over the server and correct any remaining issues. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience this has caused you. It has been an incredibly stressful time for all of us here and we look forward to bouncing back in full force ASAP.

I'd like to give you piece of mind you that there has been zero data loss during this period.
