Moving Install

Can someone tell me the procedure to moving a cubecart store within the same server from www.MYURL.co.uk/store to the root www.MYURL.co.uk?

I currently have a zen store on root and demo cubecart 422 in /store. I wish to purchase a cubecart license and replace it. Alternatively how would I get my main URL to point to /store instead of root?

Move the files to the root and then in includes/global.inc change the storeURL and rootRel. rootRel should be '/'

Not quite so easy

Shop seems OK in root but no access to the https cart pages nor the admin area.

I know where the problem is. General Settings in admin where you set the https root etc. Trouble is I can't now get to the admin to change it. Had a look at the database file and in the config file changed all mention of the directory name but that had disasterous results so had re-imported the database. I wish the data was within the global inc file :)

You can turn off SSL with it.

I solved it... eventually by reuploading a copy to the original /store directory. Going into admin and changeing the SSL links and then deleting the includes/extra/key.php file.

All working now.
