Guest 1849 Posted August 29, 2008 Share Posted August 29, 2008 When the customer logs in to check the progress of orders they are told to 'see notes' Where are the notes? .. are they something I can add from the admin panel? I've tried 'Notes to send to customer' but that doesn't seem to do anything all. am I overlooking something? Would appreciate any help. nivar Posted March 7, 2009 Share Posted March 7, 2009 "Notes to send to customer:" in cc4 only work if you also change the status of the order. i liked the way it worked in cc3 - when you choose to contact the customer it send email to customers. currently looking for some help on this matter to solve the this issue.
