Guest stephen71 Posted September 13, 2008 Share Posted September 13, 2008 I have had my cubecart site running for well over a year now with no problems at all - until recently. Every now and then, the contents of a customer's order are different from what they actually ordered - result - I send out the wrong goods (normally I pick this up before postage when I am checking the payment) i.e. customer orders AND pays for item A,B & C Cubecart admin order page reads; items A,D & F I know there is a difference because a: Nochex email contains details of order and b: the customer(s) call me up saying "what the hell is this?" Is there a problem with my database? I've read of problems with customers using the back key during the cart process - but I run over 10 CC sites and have never had this problem ever - just this site. Any ideas?
