Product Options not getting stored

I have Products ith Options set up. However when an option is selected it doesn't get recorded to database.

I think this sis a bug.

Does anyone have the Options getting stored to Orders in database?

What version of CubeCart v4 are you using? have you upgraded your store? if so, did you also remember to upgrade your skin through each release?

Using Version 4.3.0.

Why should I need to upgrade a skin to ensure core elements of cart to work?

If you have upgraded the store, there may have been upgrades to the skin which would need to be applied to your skin. There are skin change logs available.

I've now upgrarde to current Version and Product Options are not getting storde in database. This is critical as we dont know whch option to ship to customer. Ive alreday submitted an email to Support but no response.
