customer login

Hi,

i have had several emails from some customers saying they cant log into their account. they have re set their passwords and this still does not work.

i have created several accounts myself and do not have any problems. any ideas onthe cause ( i know you will say Thick customers )

I am using version 3.0.17 with catalyst skin.

I don't have the answer, but we've seen something similar with CC3.16.

Customers have been able to log in and order, then a few months later, their password is rejected.

And because they already have an account, they can't create another one.

Only solution we found, is to delete the account, so the customer can create another one

thanks, i have seen somwhere a mod so an order can be placed without creating an account, if i can find this again i will try this, it only ever happens with one customer.
