Guest patnancy49
Hi For some reason all of a sudden . I cannot download direct onto my site, photos from my desk top or my documents. Instead I get this message: ERROR: ALREADY EXISTS PLEASE RENAME YOUR FILE. but I haven't even put the file on ! Could it have been externally tampered with? Help would be very much appreciated. Please email me [email protected] or reply here. The annoying thing is I have just paid Cubecart to do some stuff for me and my ticket ran out on the 1st April :-( Thanks guys and look forward to getting some help! Do you mean upload to your site from your desktop? Try an ftp programme to see if the files really do exist that way you will see any files in the images/uploads folder. Try deleting any that you find dupliacted and try to reupload using ftp instead. If that works you know its the admin area upload system that is corrupt. A simple reinstall of that part of cc would then be required.
