Does anyone use Protx but only process payment when the order ships? Or, does anyone simply take the credit card details on the site and then process them on a PDQ? Which one you choose will really depend on your particular business. If you often have items that are out of stock then obviously dont take immediate payment. I mainly use Protx for payments on a variety of sites that I run but as most of products that these sites sell are either in stock or are custom made (and therefore require up front payment) it isnt an issue for me to always take immediate payment.
