I've never done this before and no longer have help from the person that used to do this. Do I need to upgrade to 3.018 first? Any "idiot's guide" would be so gratefully received. R You dont say whether yours is a standard 3.0.17 installation or whether you have had any mods applied. If standard then the upgrade is pretty straight forward as long as you have FTP access and have a little bit of technical knowledge.
