This can be found permanently in the service standards section of our website and it is a policy we want all our customers to be aware of. Our Technical Support Pledge As we do not charge ongoing fees for our products, they all come with an initial, specific period of technical support access time. When your support time has expired and you need to contact our staff, we promise that upon request we will refund any "Top-Up" support time purchased if your store runs the latest version of our software and the reported issue is caused by a bug in unmodified code. This pledge has been born as we are aware that even though we make it as clear as possible how much technical support time comes with our products many of our customers are not happy purchasing more support time after it has expired. Please note that the only place to receive official technical support is via the "Get Support" link which can be found in your customer area.
