Is there any difference - or benefit from backing up the database using the backup function in CC Admin vs backing up using phpMyAdmin? (so far I have only been using the CC Admin backup saving one WITH drop tables and again WITHOUT drop tables. I also do regular backups from FTP). Thanks!
