"We Cannot Complete Transaction" Problem With PayPal

Hello,

I have searched the forums for an answer to my problem, but I could not find anything definite.

Here is my problem:

When I go through my shopping cart to make an order, everything is fine until I reach the "Choose Payment Type" page. After I click the PayPal option and then click continue, the following screen shows up:

If you notice, there is no "Go" button or my copyright on the Order Transfer screen on my shopping cart. It is almost like the rest of the page is cutoff after some corrupt PayPal code or something.

The real problem is when I finally get to the PayPal screen when it gives me the following error:

Now if I click back on my browser, the correct complete page seems to show up (besides the header image, go figure ):

Now if I wait or click the Go button, the PayPal order screen is now correct and I can complete the order.

Can anyone shed some light on my problem? Thanks, I really appreciate it!
