Guest guyroberts Posted January 3, 2010 Share Posted January 3, 2010 Hi Guys I'm having a very strange issue, there seems to be a problem with my FCEditor, if I go to edit home, or products or any of the site pages for example, the FCEditor appears, but blank (see attachment). I have tried to restore file, restore the database, move to a local machine etc but it doesn't help. Is there something obvious I need to do to make it work? It's driving me mad! Another thing that happens is when I reinstall the database all of the home page content is lost, I can't see why this would happen? Any ideas? Thanks! It seems to have happened for a while, I upgraded to see if it fixed the problem but it didn't, even though some of the recent CC updates include a lot of FCEditor updates..
