Guest Web Roots Posted February 6, 2010 Share Posted February 6, 2010 Hello Guys, I checked that my CC store is to slow to open. I checked others websites in same server and all work fine and fast. I have enable SQL Query Caching. Can be a store issue fixed in new versions? i use CC 4.2.1, 20 categories and around 250 products. Anyone have a clue why? if i upgrade to newer version can be a solution? What is is the better to upgrade my store and keep skins and mods of her? Ausy Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 Can you give us a link for your store? You are on a quiet old version but that should not cause any speed issue. You should upgrade but before you do make sure any mods and the skin you use are fully compatable with the latest version. Make sure you backup your original store and database before upgrade.
