Free postage for UK only not working.

Hi

I am using Royal mail for postage.

I have set 3 postage price groups, UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

This works very well and charges the correct postage for each country.

The problem I now have is that I want to set UK postage as free. If I set the postage group 1 (ISO GB) to 0.1:0.01 (1p postage) it works and sets UK postage to a penny.

If I set the postage to 0.1:0.00 (free) I get a 404 page when i try to view the basket for a UK customer.

The same thing happens for "By Weight" too.

Surely this is an error?

Well this module does not support FREE shipping. However a simple hack is the trick:

modules\shipping\Royal_Mail\calc.php

FIND

return ($out[0]['value'] > 0) ? $out : false;

REPLACE WITH

return $out;
