Guest Zev Posted July 2, 2010 Share Posted July 2, 2010 Hi, i entered the paypal ipn and such,also entered the shipping charges. the site worked for about half an hour as i was testing it and i was not able to get into the backend,i am able to go into the front end up to the view basket and than it loses the internet connection the same happens when i enter the backend losing the internet connection. hosting with bluehost.com and they told me thst it is something in the cube cart that is making it happened . thanks Z Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

vokf Posted July 2, 2010 Share Posted July 2, 2010 Zev, what is the site URL? If you're simply "locked out" due to too many failed log-in attempts, then leave it a while. If you have enabled SSL, and not cannot get into the admin area, then there is a config tool that will allow you to turn SSL off (and then get into Admin to correct the problem).
