Guest familychoice Posted September 9, 2010 Share Posted September 9, 2010 I've just tried upgrading a store from V3 to the latest V4 version. On the first installation page instead of two options - upgrade, and install, I only have the install option, which will wipe all the existing store files. I need to select the upgrade option which isn't there. I followed the instructions to a tee, but it doesn't seem to have worked. I've emailed support, but I'll probably have to wait a couple of days for a reply (and the email address I CC'd to in the support form hasn't had a copy though of the support query) so just in case I wondered if there are any common issues that would cause this to happen that I could check?
