(however this has meant that i used the free shipping option on all orders). I wanted to offer free postage to the UK for a month as a promotion, yet wanted to charge international customers the usual rate... After much fiddling I worked it out... Only works if you don't ship by category though... just set the National Countries in the SHIPPING METHODS / PER CATEGORY to just "GB" and as you have no categories setup (hopefully) it sets all the UK postage to 0.00 as a default in the shipping cost (since CubeCart defaults to the cheapest shipping option)... So your UK customers get free postage (or can still pick a fast/premium shipping method if they wish) and your EC / International customers pay the usual rate...
