Guest Graham Walker
Hi, I've just installed cubecart and created a template based from the classic template. Now when I go through the payment process it stops at "Transferring to payment". What could I have changed that would cause this behavior? Edit: Sorry I forgot to mention I'm using PayPal IPN. Kind regards, Graham
Guest Graham Walker
Has anybody, any ideas? Once I click "Go Now!" I am taken to the PayPal site, the values are correct and I can proceed as normal. I'd just rather it transfered to PayPal correctly. Can anybody shed any light on this? vokf
Hi Graham, I ran a test order and this appears to be a template issue. Have you tried it with one of the standard templates (assuming there are no major tweaks to the PHP code)?
Guest Graham Walker
Thanks, yeah, the original templates are good. Any ideas what I could have changed in the template to cause this? Many thanks, Graham
vokf
Hi Graham, I suspect the missing image may be the problem; http://www.starofficesystems.co.uk/skins/Sos/styleImages/progress.gif vs http://store.starofficesystems.co.uk/skins/Classic/styleImages/progress.gif The template uses an "onload()" to fire the form submission to PayPal. If you click the "Pay Now" button, you'll find it works. Simple fix, copy the progress.gif file from the Classic (or other) skin folder to your Sos skin folder. Should then work fine.
