My shop got deconfigured

My shop www.pharmavital.fr got messed up without touching any file.

I contacted my server provider but they didn't detect any manipulation.

Can someone help me and point me in the right direction to which

file is causing this problem.

As well I don't know that if when I upload last backup do I have to enter

last orders manually? My last backup is from 22nd of October.

it seems to be not reading your skin files if you ask me - in particular the style sheets. Did you have any mods put in recently or did you edit or upload the skin files? If you've not touched them at all, you might want to try just uploading them again, in binary. Otherwise contact the designer where you bought the skin and ask them for support on it.

It looks to me like your popular products block is just too wide - the titles of the bottom products are not wrapping to 2 lines so it is making the column go too wide pushing your middle column under it.

I assume this is a custom skin so you might contact the skin designer and see if they can give the popular products block a fixed width (or you can try removing it temporarily and see if that solves the problem until you can work it out).

Does your store work with the shipped skins? if so, you need to contact the designer as Mysty states. In addition, if it is the skin we cannot support it in this forum as .com is for core product support only. CubeCartForums.org is the place to get support on third-party mods and skins ;)

The shipped skins work fine so the problem must be the skin I bought.

I already tried to upload a copy of the skin but the problem wasn't solved.

I'll contact the developer.

It seems my problem is caused by the "Shopdev issue".

I don't know what happened exactly but I see there are more people affected.

What a pitty, now I have to buy a new skin and start all over again.
