Ms Holly
Yesterday I had cubecart upgrade my site from cc 3 to cc5 a few things have happened that I didn't think would I want to see if anyone knows any work arounds before I go and reload every little thing. 1. All my pictures are not showing up from within my products information 2. My stock levels are not showing - I had estelles product options and the product options are showing but the stock levels are showing everything in stock rather than just the few that are. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Holly
Robsta
Obviously any mods you might have installed in your v3 would not have upgraded to v5. They're lost. V5 does not have product option stock levels yet, although it will do soon I'm sure. In the mean time you will need to visit the third-party forum for a solution, or return to your v3 backup. Ms Holly
Any chance that anyone can help me with my pictures not showing up within the product information given that this is not a mod.
Robsta
Try clearing your thumbnail cache/regenerating the thumbnails.
WhiteWillowStitching
If cache clearing doesn't work put in a help ticket. I had the same problem going from v4 to v5 and was told it was because the image folder was in the wrong spot even though I followed install instructions perfectly. Ms Holly
I have resolved the old image issue. I have taken out of the spaces out of my images. Cubecart 3 seemed to handle them but cube cart 5 can't. Now to resolve my issue of loading them and thanks whitewillow will put in a ticket if I can't resolve it. Robsta
Spaces in file names is a big no-no for online files.
