Resolved - Add Category goes to home page and so does Rebuild Sitemap.

I upgraded from 5.0.7 to 5.0.8 recently and my dad said he was adding categories and it would goto the Hopepage.

I tried it and it would also goto the homepage when I tried "Add Category" and "Rebuild Sitemap."

One category is missing from the homepage now, but it still shows up in the MySQL database.

I tried cleaning cache, turning it off, and all kinds of other things.

I turned on debug and this is what I was getting:

SOLVED!

Found out my dad somehow made Category 1 have a parent of Category 60.... which was a hidden Category.
