Dirty Butter Posted May 22, 2012 Share Posted May 22, 2012 Is this happening on 5.0.9? I played with a cancelled test order of mine, but changing the quantity correctly changed my subtotal. Dirty Butter Posted May 22, 2012 Share Posted May 22, 2012 Trying to brainstorm here - so I know these are off the wall thoughts... Can you reproduce it with those same items in a test order? Is there anything unusual about the item titles in the orders that behaved that way - like apostrophes, asterisks, hyphens, etc.? Have you checked in the database to see if there are any strange characters in the database on those items or orders? Do those items have quantity discounts in place?
