Guest GrabberPony.com
How do we edit the text of the Email Documents that are attached to the Order Status options? We just cannot seem to find these documents in the Admin panel. Thanks!
Dirty Butter
It's under File Manager - Email Templates.
Guest GrabberPony.com
It's under File Manager - Email Templates. We looked there but could not find how to edit the documents. We finally figured out that you have the click on the country flags to edit the text. Thanks!
Dirty Butter
There's a very obscure Help link at the top right of all Admin screens. There is some explanation there of what to do on that screen, except for the latest additions in v5.1.0, that might help you.
Guest GrabberPony.com
Our "Email Contents" page does not list the templates for "Pending" or "Processing". (See screen shot) Is this normal? How do we edit those templates? Also, when creating a new template how do you set the Email "Type" (eg; User, Admin, Cart etc.) Thanks! Dirty Butter
They are all there. Click on each one so you can see the wording and edit it if you wish. If you still need to create templates, the place to set your title - the Create a Template screen has the place to put the name you choose. 2n3055
What about the "Kind regards" footing? Where is that? "Kind regards" shows up on the French language emails.
Dirty Butter
Click on the Email Templates tab and edit the Default Emails to edit the signature.
